Eastwood Gate Update
As an update regarding the damaged entry gate on Eastwood, please know the Board has been working with a company for quite a while to establish a cost and plan for its replacement.
Street Sweeping Scheduled
Please be advised that, pending weather, street sweeping will take place this weekend (Saturday, May 15, 2021). The vendor may be onsite Friday as well, depending on their equipment availability.
New Website Feature
FHMD would like to make you aware of a new feature on our website. Residents may now reserve the park’s Gazebo for up to 4 hours per day for their events and gatherings.
Hill & Dale Closure
This email serves to advise you that Hill & Dale Road will be closed to through traffic from April 30 through July 15 due to a roofing project at The Pines at Riva Chase. One lane will remain open but is for construction traffic and owners living in the condos/townhomes only.
