DISTRICT UPDATES
- Water Service Advisory – Limited Service Interruption on January 14
The Forest Hills Metropolitan District would like to share advance notice of a limited, temporary water service interruption related to scheduled utility work within the community.
Scheduled Water Interruption
Date: Wednesday, January 14, 2026
Time: Approximately 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (service may be restored sooner)To complete the installation of a required curb stop, crews will need to temporarily shut off a section of the main water line serving a small number of homes located along portions of Treetop Lane and Star Ridge Road. Only homes connected to this section of the main line will be affected; the majority of the community will not experience any disruption.
- 2025 Mandatory Summer Water Restrictions
Every year the Forest Hills Metropolitan District institutes water restrictions for the summer and the same is true this year. The reason for these restrictions is simple, all of our water comes from 10 wells located around the District but demand in the summer increases significantly because of increased outdoor water use. Without water restrictions, there may not be enough water to meet demand.
- FHMD Riva Chase 2025 Drinking Water Quality Report
We are pleased to present to you this year’s water quality report. Our constant goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water. Please contact AJ Beckman at 720-213-6621 with any questions or for public participation opportunities that may affect water quality. Please see the water quality data from our wholesale system(s) (either attached or included in this report) for additional information about your drinking water.
