Water and Sewer Billing
FHMD contracts with American Conservation & Billing Solutions (AmCoBi) for billing services. You should contact AmCoBi about questions related to bill delivery, automatic payment setup, and payment history. Do not contact AmCoBi about questions related to billing charges. Instead, contact FHMD using the Billing Charge Inquiry. In limited cases, FHMD will consider an adjustment to a water bill. Please review the Account Adjustment Policy and submit a request using the Bill Adjustment Request if you believe your situation falls within the policy guidelines.

Water service fee: $ 106.95 per month
Capital Water/Sewer Project Fund fee: $75.00 per month
Sewer service fee: $ 140.88 per month
