New Management – Public Alliance

Public Alliance has been selected to provide professional management services for the Forest Hills Metropolitan District, effective January 1, 2025. We are excited to be part of this beautiful mountain community and look forward to continuing the excellent service you have come to expect from your former manager, Ronda Zivalich who will be enjoying her well-deserved retirement.
Our team brings years of expertise in metropolitan district management, and we are committed to delivering excellent service. We will be overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and improvements of the community. AJ Beckman will be taking over as the District Manager and will be assisted by Nick Moncada serving as Field Services Manager. We look forward to working with you!

Riva Chase Entrance Gates Out of Service – 12/20/2024

We are experiencing problems with the power to the entrance gates to the community. The gates will remain open until the problem is resolved. We have requested service and anticipate that they will be fully operational by Monday, December 23rd. Please note that the emergency entrances on Eastwood and Grapevine are now closed and locked. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we work to resolve this matter.

Culvert Project Update – 12/17/2024

The Culvert Replacement Project is now significantly complete, and Forest Hills Drive is open. Due to a local power outage we were unable to put the entry gates back in service this afternoon, and the work is expected to take place tomorrow, December 18, 2024.

Culvert Project Update – 11/22/2024

The culvert repair project continues and about 75% of the new pipe has been installed between Ponds 4 and 5. Although people continue to attempt to walk through the area, the contractor has noted that it has decreased in frequency.
