NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of FOREST HILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT will consider taking action to adjust its water and sewer rates and fees at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. to be held via Zoom. The FHMD Board of Directors will hold an executive session on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. under SS24-6-402(4)(e)CRS to discuss water rights.
The FHMD Board of Directors will hold a working session on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 5:00pm. The meeting will be held via ZOOM video conference, the same as the District Board meetings. The link to the ZOOM session is available to the left of this post.
